The Oaks at Buckhead Amenities Overview

  • No smoking is allowed in any of the common areas. The Oaks at Buckhead is a smoke free facility.
  • No pets are allowed in the common areas, except as they exit or enter the property.
  • Residents are asked not to move furniture in the common areas. If additional furniture (tables/chairs) is needed for a function, management should be informed, so they and staff may do the moving.
  • No reservations may be made for exclusive use on any National holidays, especially the on 4th of July.
  • Events or Parties consisting of twenty five (25) adults or more require the services of one (1) security guard per twenty five (25) persons. Security personnel must be approved by Management in writing prior to the event.
  • Residents are responsible for arranging off-site parking for event, as visitor parking at the Oaks is limited and is on a first come first serve basis.
  • A guest list must be provided to management at least 48 hours prior to any event, party or meeting.

Swimming Pool & Pool Pavilion

The pool is typically open in May and closes Labor Day Weekend.
The pool is not available for private reservations.

The pool pavilion may be used from 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM for exclusive use by making reservations. There is a refundable deposit needed for exclusive use of this area - $500.00. This area is locked unless reserved for exclusive use and has a max occupancy of 75 persons.

To Reserve the Pool Pavilion - Use This Form

The grills along with a tables and chairs are available for use by all residents on a first come, first serve basis. 
Instructions for use are posted on each grill. Please read these prior to use. Please turn off the gas and clean the gill when you are finished. Report any problems with grills or grill area to the Front Desk.

Club Room

The Club Room is open for use by all residents from 8:00 AM – 10 PM. This room will be locked from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. 

To Reserve the Club Room - Use This Form

There is now a bar area (4 bar stools), 2 tables with 4 chairs each, 3 comfortable seating area, a kitchen area (behind the bar) with a microwave/confection oven, warming tray, dishwasher, sink and refrigerator and a 70” TV in the clubroom area. If additional furniture (ex: Table, chairs, etc.) is needed for a function management should be notified when reservations are made and they will do the moving prior and after the function.

This room opens to an outside patio area overlooking the courtyard and gazebo and the patio area may be used when reserving the clubroom area – indicate the desire to use this area when reserving the clubroom.

For exclusive use of the Club Room there is a fee charge of $25.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. There is also a refundable deposit of $500.00. Fees and deposit must be paid when reservations are made. The doors to the room should be open when not reserved for exclusive use, but closed when reserved for exclusive use.

Media Room / Business Center

The Media Room / Business Center is open 24 hours for use by all residents as a shared space. The Media room may not be reserved for exclusive use

All residents are encouraged to use this area as a work area, to use the Oaks Wi-Fi and for personal computer use.

Conference Room

The Conference Room is open for use by all residents from 8:00 AM – 10 PM. This room will be locked from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

To Reserve the Conference room - Use This Form

For exclusive use of the Conference room there is a fee charge of $5.00 per hour during the hours of 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. There will be no deposit required.

When possible reservations for exclusive use should be made to Management 2 business days prior to use, but it may be reserved the day needed if it has not been previously reserved for use.

Fees must be paid when reservations are made. Doors to the room should remain open when not reserved for exclusive use.

Sun Terrace

There are four rooftop sun terraces and are open to all residents from 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Number of person allowed to use each Sun Terrace at any given time is 50 and the City of Atlanta Fire Codes prohibits cooking in these areas.

To Reserve the Sun Terrace - Use This Form

NO GLASS is allowed on the Sun Terrace. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times on the Sun Terraces. Sitting or standing on the railings or ledge is strictly prohibited. Objects should never be thrown off the sun terraces. There are fines related to bring glass onto the Sun Terraces and throwing any objects off the Sun Terraces.

An Owner may reserve only one (1) Sun Terrace at a time for exclusive use. There is a refundable deposit needed for use of a Sun Terrace - $500,000 

Guest Suite

To Reserve the Guest Suite - Use This Form

Reservations are made through management or guards desk, No pets are allowed.

Check in is after 3:00pm 
Check out is before 11:00am

Limit 4 persons
$500 deposit
$125/ night

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is open to all residents from 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM and will be locked from 11 PM until 6:00 AM

The Fitness Center is equipped with 3 TVs. Please keep the TV volume low and lower the volume if asked by others and turn the TV off when finished. Please do not tamper with televisions/media equipment.

  • Earphones are required for personal audio equipment.
  • After use, please return all weights and equipment to their proper place.Place weights gently on the floor or mats, do not drop them.
  • Appropriate athletic apparel must be worn at all times. Drinks should be in a closed container to present spills. No food is allowed.
  • Items must not be removed from this room at any time.
  • Please wipe down equipment after use with the disinfectant wipes provided.
  • When leaving the center please turn off the lights if no other persons are in the room
  • Children 16 and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
  • Please be aware of time on equipment if others are waiting to use the same equipment
  • Be respectful of others so everyone may enjoy the facilities
  • No trainers may use the fitness center unless they are accompanied by the owner or resident who are using their service.
  • Do not adjust the temperature in the fitness center. 

Covered Parking Garage

The covered parking garage is available for resident use and is protected by a roll up gate.

Visitor Parking is on Level P1 of the covered parking garage and in the outside parking lot adjacent to the Pool Pavilion. Residents are not allowed to use either of the Visitor Parking area for parking their own vehicles. If a resident has a need for additional parking, please contact management for assistance. 


The courtyard area is available to all residents. There are benches around the gazebo and seating on the veranda facing the gazebo and courtyard.

No recreational activity or equipment is allowed in the courtyard (such as, but not limited to: bicycles, skates, skate boards)

The courtyard may not be used for exclusive functions without special permission from the Board of directors in advance.
